Miss Victoria styling a Blossom Cold Shoulder Dress . I wish I could compare it to past looks of hers, but to be perfectly, bluntly, bitchily honest, we never really made note of her style over the years. This seems about right for her. The booties are working better with the darker print, but we’re honestly not sure what to make of the sheer tights. Y/N?
